AZRAR User Guide

Download AZRAR and install it on Windows, then activate your license or start the free trial.

• Download the latest version (an .exe file) and install it like any Windows app.
• On first launch, the 30-day free trial starts automatically with all features — no credit card.
• To buy a license: copy your Device ID from the activation screen and send it to us via WhatsApp or email; we'll send your license file.
• Load the license file from the Activation screen — the system unlocks fully.

Configure your office details and create staff accounts with permissions.

• From Settings, enter your office name, logo and contact info (shown on contracts and reports).
• Create users and assign each a role: SuperAdmin / Admin / Manager / Staff.
• Set default currency, late-fee and commission settings to speed up data entry later.

Register your portfolio so you can link contracts and maintenance later.

• Open Properties → New Property.
• Enter unit details: type, location, area, owner and status (available / rented / sold).
• Attach photos and documents (deed, floor plan) to each unit.

Build a database of tenants, owners and brokers.

• From People, add the tenant/owner with full details and contact method.
• Use the blacklist to flag non-compliant clients.
