Why We Built AZRAR
AZRAR was born from a real need among real estate offices in Jordan, the Gulf, and the wider Arab world: manage their daily contracts, installments, and commissions without risking sensitive client data on external servers, and without depending on an internet connection that isn't always reliable.
Instead of building a generic cloud product and "Arabizing" it afterward, we chose a different path: building a system from the ground up around the data privacy of the Arab real estate office, and around the precise financial and legal details this specific market needs — Arabic-language contracts, multiple currencies, and local rental regulations.
