شروط الاستخدام والترخيصTerms of Service & License

باستخدامك نظام أزرار (AZRAR)، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية. By using AZRAR, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. الترخيص1. License

يُمنح ترخيص استخدام نظام أزرار لجهاز واحد أو أكثر حسب الباقة المشتراة (Solo: جهاز، Office: جهازان، Pro: 3 أجهزة). الترخيص سنوي ويشمل التحديثات طوال مدة السنة. الترخيص شخصي وغير قابل للتحويل إلا بموافقة خطية منّا. A license to use AZRAR is granted for one or more devices according to your purchased plan (Solo: 1 device, Office: 2 devices, Pro: 3 devices). The license is annual and includes updates throughout the year. The license is personal and non-transferable except with our written consent.

2. الفترة التجريبية2. Trial Period

يتوفّر النظام بفترة تجريبية مجانية مدّتها 30 يوماً بكل المزايا ودون الحاجة لبطاقة ائتمان. بعد انتهاء الفترة، يلزم شراء ترخيص لمتابعة الاستخدام. The system is available with a free 30-day trial including all features and no credit card required. After the trial ends, a license purchase is required to continue use.

3. الاستخدام المسموح3. Permitted Use

• استخدام النظام لإدارة أعمالك العقارية.Using the system to manage your real estate business.
• إجراء نسخ احتياطية لبياناتك الخاصة.Creating backups of your own data.

يُمنع: الهندسة العكسية، أو فك التشفير، أو تعديل آلية الترخيص، أو إعادة توزيع النظام أو بيعه. Prohibited: reverse engineering, decryption, modifying the licensing mechanism, or redistributing or reselling the system.

4. ملكية البيانات4. Data Ownership

جميع البيانات التي تُدخلها في النظام ملك لك بالكامل. النظام يعمل offline وبياناتك محفوظة محلياً على جهازك. أنت المسؤول عن حمايتها ونسخها احتياطياً. All data you enter into the system is entirely yours. The system runs offline and your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting and backing it up.

5. التحديثات والدعم5. Updates & Support

تشمل سنة الترخيص التحديثات المجانية والدعم الفني عبر واتساب والبريد الإلكتروني. لا نضمن توافر النظام مع إصدارات Windows مستقبلية غير مدعومة. The license year includes free updates and technical support via WhatsApp and email. We do not guarantee compatibility with future unsupported Windows versions.

6. إخلاء المسؤولية6. Disclaimer

يُقدَّم النظام "كما هو". نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان دقّته واستقراره (موثّق بأكثر من 3,500 اختبار آلي)، لكننا لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة بيانات ناتجة عن عدم إجراء نسخ احتياطية أو سوء الاستخدام. The system is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure its accuracy and stability (verified by 3,500+ automated tests), but we are not liable for any data loss resulting from lack of backups or misuse.

7. الاسترجاع7. Refunds

نظراً لتوفّر فترة تجريبية كاملة 30 يوماً تتيح لك تقييم النظام بالكامل قبل الشراء، فإن مبالغ الترخيص غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد التفعيل، إلا في حالات الأعطال التقنية التي يتعذّر حلّها. Given the full 30-day trial that lets you fully evaluate the system before purchase, license fees are non-refundable after activation, except in cases of unresolvable technical faults.
