1. ملكية البرمجيات1. Software Ownership

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية في نظام أزرار — بما في ذلك الكود المصدري، والخوارزميات، وواجهة المستخدم، والتصميم، والرسومات، والنصوص، وقواعد العمل، والتوثيق — محفوظة بالكامل لـ«أزرار». النظام محميّ بموجب قوانين حقوق المؤلف والملكية الفكرية المحلية والدولية. All intellectual property rights in AZRAR — including source code, algorithms, user interface, design, graphics, text, business logic, and documentation — are fully reserved to “AZRAR SYSTEMS”. The system is protected under local and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. العلامة التجارية والاسم2. Trademark & Brand

الاسم «أزرار» و«AZRAR»، والشعار، والهوية البصرية، هي علامات مميِّزة خاصة بنا. لا يجوز استخدامها أو تقليدها أو استخدام أسماء أو شعارات مشابهة قد تسبّب لبساً، دون إذن خطّي مسبق منّا. The names “أزرار” and “AZRAR”, the logo, and the visual identity are our distinctive marks. They may not be used, imitated, or combined with similar names or logos that may cause confusion, without our prior written permission.

3. ترخيص الاستخدام لا التملّك3. License, Not Ownership

شراؤك للترخيص يمنحك حقّ استخدام النظام على عدد الأجهزة المحدَّد في باقتك (Solo: جهاز، Office: جهازان، Pro: 3 أجهزة)، طوال مدة الترخيص. هذا الحقّ شخصي وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل أو الترخيص من الباطن إلا بموافقتنا الخطّية. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the system on the number of devices defined in your plan (Solo: 1, Office: 2, Pro: 3) for the license period. This right is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable or sub-licensable except with our written consent.

4. الاستخدامات الممنوعة4. Prohibited Uses

يُمنع منعاً باتّاً القيام بأيٍّ ممّا يلي:The following are strictly prohibited:

• الهندسة العكسية، أو فكّ التجميع (Decompiling)، أو محاولة استخراج الكود المصدري.Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code.
• التحايل على آلية الترخيص أو كسرها أو تعطيل فحص السلامة أو التوقيع الرقمي.Circumventing or cracking the licensing mechanism, or disabling the integrity check or digital signature.
• نسخ النظام أو إعادة توزيعه أو بيعه أو تأجيره أو إتاحته لطرف ثالث.Copying, redistributing, reselling, renting, or making the system available to a third party.
• إنشاء أعمال مشتقّة أو منتجات منافسة مبنية على النظام أو أجزاء منه.Creating derivative works or competing products based on the system or parts of it.
• إزالة أو إخفاء إشعارات حقوق الملكية أو العلامة التجارية من النظام أو مخرجاته.Removing or obscuring copyright or trademark notices from the system or its outputs.

5. حماية الترخيص التقنية5. Technical License Protection

يستخدم النظام توقيعاً رقمياً Ed25519 مربوطاً ببصمة جهازك، مع فحص سلامة عند كل إقلاع. أي محاولة للعبث بهذه الحماية أو تزوير الترخيص تُعدّ انتهاكاً جسيماً لحقوق الملكية الفكرية وتُبطل ترخيصك فوراً. The system uses an Ed25519 digital signature bound to your device fingerprint, with an integrity check on every launch. Any attempt to tamper with this protection or forge a license is a serious intellectual property violation and immediately voids your license.

6. بياناتك ومحتواك6. Your Data & Content

لتوضيح الفرق: البرنامج ملكنا، أمّا البيانات التي تُدخلها (العقارات، العملاء، العقود، الأقساط، المستندات) فهي ملكك أنت بالكامل ومحفوظة محلياً على جهازك. كذلك أي قوالب مستندات تخصّصها بنصوصك تبقى من حقّك. لا نطّلع على بياناتك لأن النظام يعمل offline. To be clear: the software is ours, while the data you enter (properties, clients, contracts, installments, documents) is entirely yours and stored locally on your device. Any document templates you customize with your own text also remain yours. We never access your data, as the system runs offline.
