الخلاصة:Summary: بيانات أعمالك مخزّنة على جهازك ويعمل النظام دون اتصال بالإنترنت. لا نجمع بياناتك ولا نستلمها. ميزات اختيارية محددة تستخدم الشبكة (القسم 5) ولا تُرسل شيئاً إلا عند استخدامها. Your business data is stored on your device and the application works without an internet connection. We do not collect or receive your data. A small number of optional features use the network (Section 5) and send nothing until you use them.

1. البيانات التي نتعامل معها1. Data We Handle

نظام أزرار تطبيق سطح مكتب يُخزّن جميع بياناتك محلياً في قاعدة بيانات SQLite على جهازك، وتشمل: بيانات العقارات، العملاء، العقود، الأقساط، والمستندات. هذه البيانات لا تُرسل إلينا ولا نستلمها. AZRAR is a desktop application that stores all your data locally in a SQLite database on your device, including: property records, customers, contracts, installments, and documents. This data is not sent to us and we do not receive it.

2. بيانات الترخيص2. License Data

عند تفعيل الترخيص، يُنشئ النظام بصمة جهاز (Device ID) مجهولة لربط الترخيص بجهازك. لا تحتوي هذه البصمة على معلومات شخصية. تُستخدم فقط للتحقق من صحة الترخيص. يتم التفعيل دون اتصال بملف ترخيص موقّع نرسله لك بعد أن ترسل لنا بصمة جهازك بنفسك، ولا يتصل التطبيق بخادم ترخيص لإتمامه. Upon license activation, the system generates an anonymous Device ID to bind your license to your device. This fingerprint contains no personal information and is used solely for license validation. Activation is performed offline with a signed license file that we send you after you share your device fingerprint with us yourself; the application does not contact a license server to activate.

3. تحليلات وملفات تعريف الارتباط على موقعنا الإلكتروني3. Website Analytics & Cookies

يستخدم موقعنا الإلكتروني (azrar-systems.com) أدوات تحليل زوار — Google Analytics وGoogle Tag Manager وMeta (فيسبوك) Pixel — لفهم كيفية استخدام الموقع وتحسين المحتوى. تضع هذه الأدوات ملفات تعريف ارتباط (cookies) وتجمع بيانات مجهولة عن التصفح (مثل الصفحات المُشاهَدة ونوع الجهاز)، ولا علاقة لها إطلاقاً ببيانات تطبيق أزرار نفسه أو بياناتك العقارية. يمكنك تعطيل هذه الأدوات من إعدادات متصفحك أو باستخدام أدوات حظر التتبع. Our website (azrar-systems.com) uses visitor analytics tools — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand site usage and improve content. These tools set cookies and collect anonymous browsing data (such as pages viewed and device type), and are entirely unrelated to the AZRAR application's own data or your real estate records. You can disable these tools via your browser settings or tracking-blocker extensions.

4. التحديثات4. Updates

قد يتصل التطبيق بمستودع الإصدارات العام على GitHub (أو بمتجر Microsoft للنسخة الموزَّعة عبره) للتحقق من توفّر إصدارات جديدة. يرى الطرف المستقبِل عنوان الشبكة (IP) ورقم الإصدار الحالي فقط، ولا يُرسل أي بيانات عمل. يبدأ التنزيل فقط بعد تأكيدك. The application may connect to update servers (or to the Microsoft Store, for the Store-distributed version) to check for new versions. The receiving service sees your network address (IP) and the current version number only; no business data is sent. Downloads start only after you confirm.

5. الميزات الاختيارية التي تستخدم الشبكة5. Optional Features That Use the Network

لا يُرسل التطبيق أي شيء إلى الجهات التالية حتى تستخدم الميزة المعنية. تنطبق سياسة خصوصية كل جهة على ما تستلمه. The application sends nothing to the parties below until you use the corresponding feature. Each party's own privacy policy applies to what it receives.

  • واتساب: يبني التطبيق رابطاً يحوي رقم المستلم ونص الرسالة ويفتحه في المتصفح أو تطبيق واتساب عند ضغطك إرسال. لا يتصل التطبيق بواجهة WhatsApp Business ولا يرسل رسائل دون إجراء منك. WhatsApp: the app builds a link containing the recipient's phone number and the message text and opens it in your browser or the WhatsApp app when you choose to send. It does not connect to the WhatsApp Business API and sends no messages without your action.
  • النسخ الاحتياطي على Google Drive: إذا ربطت حساب جوجل، يمكن للتطبيق رفع نسخة احتياطية من قاعدة البيانات والمرفقات إلى مجلد باسم AZRAR_Backups في حسابك. تتضمن هذه النسخة كل بيانات العمل ومنها بيانات شخصية لجهات الاتصال. تبقى النسخة في حسابك وتحت سيطرتك، ويطلب التطبيق صلاحية drive.file المحدودة. يُخزَّن رمز الدخول على جهازك مشفّراً بتخزين النظام الآمن عند توفره، ويمكنك فصل الحساب في أي وقت. Google Drive backup: if you connect a Google account, the app can upload a backup of your database and attachments to a folder named AZRAR_Backups in your own Drive. This backup contains all business data, including personal data of your contacts. It stays in your account under your control, and the app requests the limited drive.file permission. The access token is stored on your device encrypted with the operating system's secure storage when available, and you can disconnect the account at any time.
  • تقويم Google: إذا ربطت حسابك، ينشئ التطبيق أحداثاً في تقويمك الأساسي لمهامك وتتضمن عنوان المهمة ووصفها وتاريخها ووقتها ومعرّفاً داخلياً للمهمة. Google Calendar: if you connect your account, the app creates events in your primary calendar for your tasks, containing the task title, description, date, time and an internal task identifier.
  • توليد النصوص بالذكاء الاصطناعي: إذا أدخلت مفتاح API خاصاً بك لـ Google Gemini أو Groq، يُرسل التطبيق نص التعليمات والنص الذي تكتبه إلى المزوّد الذي اخترته عند استخدام هذه الميزة. لا تُدخل بيانات شخصية لا تريد أن يعالجها مزوّد خارجي. دون مفتاح لا يُرسل شيء. AI text generation: if you enter your own API key for Google Gemini or Groq, the app sends the instruction text and the text you type to the provider you chose when you use this feature. Do not enter personal data you do not want an external provider to process. Without a key, nothing is sent.
  • الخرائط والخطوط: يعرض التطبيق الخرائط عبر Google Maps فتُرسَل إليها إحداثيات العقار المعروض وعنوان IP الخاص بك. وقد تُحمَّل خطوط الويب من Google Fonts في شاشات قوالب المستندات. Maps and fonts: property maps are displayed through Google Maps, which receives the displayed location and your IP address. Web fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts on document-template screens.
  • مزامنة SQL Server: إذا أعددتها، يتصل التطبيق بالخادم الذي تحدده أنت وتبقى البيانات تحت سيطرتك. الاتصال مشفّر افتراضياً. ويمكن تنزيل SQL Server Express من موقع Microsoft بطلبك. SQL Server synchronization: if you set it up, the app connects to the server you specify and your data stays under your control. Connections are encrypted by default. SQL Server Express can be downloaded from Microsoft's site at your request.
  • تطبيق الجوال المرافق: يعمل عبر خدمة جسر على شبكة مكتبك لا على خوادمنا، وقد يرسل إشعارات عبر Google Firebase Cloud Messaging بعنوان التنبيه ونصه. Mobile companion: it runs through a bridge service on your office network, not on our servers, and may send push notifications through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging containing the alert title and text.

6. مشاركة البيانات والجهات الخارجية6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها ولا نطّلع عليها. لا نملك أي وصول إلى بياناتك العقارية أو التجارية ما لم ترسلها لنا بنفسك (مثلاً مع طلب دعم). الجهات الخارجية المرتبطة بنا هي مزوّدو تحليلات الموقع الإلكتروني (القسم 3)، ولا يصلهم أي من بيانات التطبيق، والجهات التي تختار أنت استخدامها من الميزات الاختيارية في القسم 5. We do not sell, share, or access your data. We have no access to your real estate or business data unless you send it to us yourself (for example with a support request). The third parties involved are the website analytics providers listed in Section 3, which never receive application data, and the services you choose to use among the optional features in Section 5.

7. حقوقك في بياناتك7. Your Rights

بما أن بيانات التطبيق مخزّنة بالكامل على جهازك، فأنت المتحكم الوحيد فيها — يمكنك الوصول إليها أو تعديلها أو حذفها مباشرة من داخل النظام في أي وقت. بيانات الترخيص المحدودة (بصمة الجهاز) يمكن طلب حذفها بالتواصل معنا. لبيانات تحليلات الموقع الإلكتروني (القسم 3)، يمكنك استخدام أدوات إلغاء التتبع الخاصة بجوجل وميتا أو حظر الكوكيز من متصفحك. Since application data is stored entirely on your device, you are its sole controller — you can access, edit, or delete it directly within the system at any time. Limited license data (the device fingerprint) can be deleted on request by contacting us. For website analytics data (Section 3), you can use Google's and Meta's opt-out tools or block cookies in your browser.

8. خصوصية الأطفال8. Children's Privacy

نظام أزرار مُصمَّم للاستخدام المهني من قِبل مكاتب ومؤسسات عقارية، وليس موجَّهاً للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من الأطفال. AZRAR is designed for professional use by real estate offices and businesses, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

9. مسؤوليتك عن النسخ الاحتياطي9. Your Backup Responsibility

بما أن البيانات محلية، أنت المسؤول عن إجراء النسخ الاحتياطي بانتظام ولو استخدمت الرفع إلى Google Drive. يوفّر النظام أدوات نسخ احتياطي مدمجة لتسهيل ذلك. Since data is local, you are responsible for performing regular backups. The system provides built-in backup tools to facilitate this.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لتعكس تغييرات في النظام أو المتطلبات القانونية. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث دائماً أعلى هذه الصفحة، وننصح بمراجعتها دورياً. We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the system or legal requirements. The last-updated date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version — we recommend reviewing it periodically.
