نظام أزرار تطبيق سطح مكتب يُخزّن جميع بياناتك محلياً في قاعدة بيانات SQLite على جهازك، وتشمل: بيانات العقارات، العملاء، العقود، الأقساط، والمستندات. هذه البيانات لا تُرسل إلينا إطلاقاً. AZRAR is a desktop application that stores all your data locally in a SQLite database on your device, including: property records, customers, contracts, installments, and documents. This data is never sent to us.
2. بيانات الترخيص2. License Data
عند تفعيل الترخيص، يُنشئ النظام بصمة جهاز (Device ID) مجهولة لربط الترخيص بجهازك. لا تحتوي هذه البصمة على معلومات شخصية. تُستخدم فقط للتحقق من صحة الترخيص. Upon license activation, the system generates an anonymous Device ID to bind your license to your device. This fingerprint contains no personal information and is used solely for license validation.

يستخدم موقعنا الإلكتروني (azrar-systems.com) أدوات تحليل زوار — Google Analytics وGoogle Tag Manager وMeta (فيسبوك) Pixel — لفهم كيفية استخدام الموقع وتحسين المحتوى. تضع هذه الأدوات ملفات تعريف ارتباط (cookies) وتجمع بيانات مجهولة عن التصفح (مثل الصفحات المُشاهَدة ونوع الجهاز)، ولا علاقة لها إطلاقاً ببيانات تطبيق أزرار نفسه أو بياناتك العقارية. يمكنك تعطيل هذه الأدوات من إعدادات متصفحك أو باستخدام أدوات حظر التتبع. Our website (azrar-systems.com) uses visitor analytics tools — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand site usage and improve content. These tools set cookies and collect anonymous browsing data (such as pages viewed and device type), and are entirely unrelated to the AZRAR application's own data or your real estate records. You can disable these tools via your browser settings or tracking-blocker extensions.

قد يتصل التطبيق بخوادم التحديث (أو بمتجر Microsoft للنسخة الموزَّعة عبره) للتحقق من توفّر إصدارات جديدة. هذا الاتصال ينقل رقم الإصدار الحالي فقط ولا ينقل أي بيانات شخصية أو بيانات عمل. The application may connect to update servers (or to the Microsoft Store, for the Store-distributed version) to check for new versions. This connection transmits only the current version number and no personal or business data.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها ولا نطّلع عليها. بما أن تطبيق أزرار يعمل offline بالكامل، لا نملك أي وصول لبياناتك العقارية أو التجارية. الجهات الخارجية الوحيدة المرتبطة بنا هي مزوّدو تحليلات الموقع الإلكتروني المذكورون في القسم 3، ولا يصلهم أي من بيانات التطبيق. We do not sell, share, or access your data. Since the AZRAR application runs entirely offline, we have no access to your real estate or business data whatsoever. The only third parties involved are the website analytics providers listed in Section 3, and none of them ever receive application data.
6. حقوقك في بياناتك6. Your Rights

Since application data is stored entirely on your device, you are its sole controller — you can access, edit, or delete it directly within the system at any time. Limited license data (the device fingerprint) can be deleted on request by contacting us. For website analytics data (Section 3), you can use Google's and Meta's opt-out tools or block cookies in your browser.
7. خصوصية الأطفال7. Children's Privacy
نظام أزرار مُصمَّم للاستخدام المهني من قِبل مكاتب ومؤسسات عقارية، وليس موجَّهاً للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. لا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات من الأطفال. AZRAR is designed for professional use by real estate offices and businesses, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
8. مسؤوليتك عن النسخ الاحتياطي8. Your Backup Responsibility
بما أن البيانات محلية، أنت المسؤول عن إجراء النسخ الاحتياطي بانتظام. يوفّر النظام أدوات نسخ احتياطي مدمجة لتسهيل ذلك. Since data is local, you are responsible for performing regular backups. The system provides built-in backup tools to facilitate this.
